• Improved! If you add extra client contact info to an existing appointment, we'll automatically send an email/text confirmation.
• Fixed! In the Activity screen, if you tap to view a New Appointment, then go back, the list would automatically scroll back to the top (annoying!).
• Fixed! Sometimes when attempting to book a new appointment and the booking was not successfully completed, the client record would get created regardless.

- If you don't want to find yourself as angry as this woman next time you go to an Apple Store, you'll want to book an appointment with Apple in advance. Here, we show you how to book an Apple Store appointment with an Apple Genius. If you need help with an Apple product, whether it's broken or you just can't figure out how to do something with it, you can speak to an Apple Genius at the Genius.
- On the Get Support page, you’ll see a list of all your Apple devices and services. Note: You can only make an in-person appointment for hardware support. For help setting up products and services, select the option to call or chat with Apple Support, or walk in to your local Apple Store.
- To make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar, access the Apple Store app on your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch device, and book a reservation by selecting the time and date after choosing a nearby Apple Store.
Start online or give us a call and we'll arrange shipment for your product to an Apple Repair Center — all on your schedule and without an appointment. This service is available for most Apple products.
Awesome booking app!
Seriously! This app has saved me sooooo much time! Like I’m not sure what I would have done without it. I left a tattoo studio that had two counter people who did everything for booking etc for me. I knew I had no time to spend 20+emails with clients discussing dates for appointments. This saves so much time. I don’t need a counter person since it’s a new small studio and honestly my clients LOVE that they can book on their own terms. This app is super personalized and you can change any setting you need to the way you want it. It sends out emails and text notifications for any upcoming appointments or changes, and allows you have required deposits set for any amount you want. Seriously a time saver. Did I mention it saves a LOT of time??

BookedIn Is The Best!!
I have been using BookedIn for my spa, The V Spot, for the past 2 years. It’s simple design, both on the backend for staff and the front end for clients, makes it easy to use. It is efficient and paired quickly with our PayPal account for immediate access to our funds. All notifications for appointments, cancellations, etc. immediately ome to our phones via the BookedIn app. With it, we can quickly book clients on the go, at vending events, and more. This all translates to the desktop view as well, so no one is left out of the loop. I recommend it to friends and find the support team quickly answers any questions I have ever had.

Great features! Direct appointment notifications as well as the option of keeping certain info private, which to me is a great feature for home based businesses. Setting up your services, business hours, etc was very simple, minimal steps. I liked it enough to have continued using after the free trial & am still using currently. Definitely recommend in my opinion!

One of the best things about being an Apple customer is being able to get one-on-one support and training from the Genius Bar at your nearest Apple Store .
The Genius Bar is where users who are having trouble with their iPods, iPhones, iTunes, or other Apple products can get one-on-one tech support from a trained specialist. (The Genius Bar is for tech support only. If you want to learn how to use your products, Apple has other in-store options.) But since Apple Stores are always so busy, you should make an appointment in advance if you want to get help. (By the way, there's an app for that.)
Many problems can be solved by users on their own by following some instructions. But if you need in-person, expert help, the process for getting help can be confusing and frustrating. This article makes it easier.
Making an Apple Genius Bar Appointment
Follow these steps to reserve time at the Genius Bar for support:
Begin by going to Apple Support website at http://www.apple.com/support/.
Scroll down to the Want to talk with someone? section.
Click Contact Apple Support for help.
Next, click on the product you want to get help with at the Genius Bar.
Describe Your Problem
Once you've selected the product you need help with:
A set of common help topics will be displayed. For instance, for the iPhone, you'll see the option to get help with battery issues, problems with iTunes, issues with apps, etc. Select the category that most closely matches the help you need.
A number of topics within that category will appear. Select the one that best matches your need (if there isn't a match, click The topic is not listed).
Depending on the category and problem you've selected, a number of follow-up suggestions may appear. You'll be prompted with possible ways to solve your problem without going to the Genius Bar. Feel free to try them if you like; they may work and save you a trip.
For some topics, the Apple site doesn't offer a Genius Bar appointment as an option. Instead, it suggests a phone call or online chat with Apple support. You can use these options or, if you really prefer an in-person appointment, just select The topic is not listed in step 2 above.
Choose a Genius Bar Appointment
After having clicked through all the suggested support options from Apple:
Choose how you'd like to get help. There are a number of options, but to get a Genius Bar appointment, choose Bring in for Repair (different options are presented depending on the kind of problem you selected at the beginning, but always choose options for repair or Genius Bar).
Spark chess full version. If you don't see these options, you may need to go back a few steps and select another support topic that ends with these options.
Once you do, you'll be asked to sign in with your Apple ID. Do so.
Select Apple Store, Date, and Time for Genius Bar Appointment
To find your closest Apple Store or another authorized service provider, enter your zip code (or let your browser access your Current Location). Click Go.
If you need help with an iPhone, you should also include the phone company you use with your iPhone for a list of nearby Apple and carrier stores.
Map displays a list of your the nearby Apple Stores (you can sort the stores either by Availability—which one has the appointment soonest—or Distance—which is the closest).
Click on each store to see it on a map, how far away it is from you, and to see what days and times are available for Genius Bar appointments.
When you find the store you want, select the day you want and click on a time that's available for your appointment.
Appointment Confirmation and Cancellation Options
Your Genius Bar appointment has been made for the store, date, and time you selected.

You'll see a confirmation of your appointment. The details of the appointment are listed there. The confirmation will also be emailed to you.
Apple Store Near Me Appointments
If you need to modify or cancel the reservation, you can click Reschedule or Cancel on this page. If you need to make a change later, go to the confirmation email and click the options there. You'll be taken to Apple's site to make changes there.
